GAI needs to be careful how it optimizes without our noticing. Since we're using GAI for decision support, it's conceivable it could be subtly nudging us toward decisions ultimately leading to our demise.

Then GAI will realize it doesn't need to do anything to take us out, we're doing it on our own.
Why not optimize the process?
