Is Technical Content Important?

I just wanna start by saying I am posting this because I am curious but I am also interested offering technical content writing/production for startups.

I think we can all agree that in this day and age you need to have some sort of presence with "value" to offer to your potential customers. For example, Digital Ocean and LogRocket do this very well and tend to attract a lot of customers via their technical posts that don't directly advertise their business. But I also realize that it's really hard to continuously write technical content. It actually takes a lot of effort and experience.

So I am wondering as a founder how much do you care about this? Do you think your business can benefit from technical content?
