Show HN: A native Mac UI for text to speech

I found myself needing some super simple "good enough" voiceovers recently, and couldn't quickly find a good app for interfacing with OpenAI's text to speech API.

I think there might be some command line tools out there, and you can of course just hit the API directly, but I thought it'd be a fun chance to build a super simple app with a clean UI for less technical folks.

Learned a bit about consumable in-app purchases in the process, which I hadn't done yet.

Anyway, might be useful for some people out there like content marketers or even educators putting curriculum together.

Let me know what you think or if you see any improvements that could be made!
